The Internal Pilot Development Program gives Horizon Air employees who want to be a commercial pilot the chance to grow within the airline and receive mentorship – in addition to $10,000 in financial assistance – while on a Company Offered Leave of Absence (CLOA). Employees will be eligible to retain their travel privileges, insurance, and will continue to accrue company service and department seniority.
