How it works
Qualify
- 3+ years as an AAR aircraft technician
- Currently working at participating AAR location: Indianapolis, IN; Oklahoma City, OK; Rockford, IL
- Valid driver's license and A&P license
- Meet program requirements
Apply
- AAR technicians will apply to an internal hiring list and Alaska Airlines technician job openings
- Meet minimum program requirements
Participate
- AAR technicians who have applied and meet requirements of the program will be guaranteed an interview with Alaska Airlines
